Domestic Orders

As a small business, we currently can only accept returns for defective items.

Exchanges for a different size of clothing are available within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please be sure to secure your return shipments. We are not responsible for any lost / damage packages.

 

International Orders

Unfortunately, all of our international orders are final sale.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@druhseenuh.com with supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by druhseenuh. Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
